An exquisite dessert wine with a rich complex of exotic aromas and flavours which keep transforming through ageing in bottle.
Vinification
The wine begins its fermentation at low temperature to preserve the aromas. Then the fermentation is stopped at a point with the addition of alcohol - a classic technique for dessert wines.
Ageing
Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
Food pairing
Excellent in combination with desserts or as a dessert on its own.
