Tasting notes
Citrus freshness, ripe peaches and delicate floral notes on the nose. On the palate, there is a perfect balance between minerality, fruit character and soft texture.
Vinification
Slow alcoholic fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 16°C.
Ageing
4 months on the fine lees in stainless steel vats.
Food pairing
An excellent addition to salads, light dishes, seafood and good company.
