Tasting notes
Delicate aromas of berries and spicy freshness. Light to medium body, fruity expressiveness and soft texture.
Vinification
Fermentation is carried out in a stainless steel tank. Relatively short cold soak follows. The appearance of a noble sediment is possible.
Ageing
6 months on the fine sediment in used French and American wood barrels.
Food pairing
An excellent addition to light appetizers and pasta - with good company.
