Tasting notes
Dark and deep ruby red colour. On the nose: red fruits, cherry and strawberry with delicate oak aromas. On the palate: s structured tannic wine with aromas of blackcurrant buds and vanilla. Remarkable freshness with notable and refined tannins due to the long oak ageing period.
Vinification
Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation. 3 weeks of maceration.
Ageing
18 months in oak barrels.
