Tasting notes
Cherry-red colour. On the nose: ripe forest fruits, violet, and sweet spice. Smooth and flavourful on the palate with a long finish.
Vinification
Maceration at low temperatures; fermentation in small stainless steel tanks; malolactic fermentation in tanks.
Ageing
At least 3 months in 225-litre oak barrels.
Food pairing
Appetizers, fish, rice dishes, white or grilled meats.
