Tasting notes
Clear, brilliant rose colour. Fresh with an expressive nose of red fruits - raspberry and redcurrant as well as citrus notes. On the palate: fruity, fine and round.
Vinification
A wine drawn off the skins after a brief maceration and long temperature-controlled fermentation.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Pair with starters, salads and barbeque. Serve at 10-12°C.
