Tasting notes
Straw, pale yellow colour with green hues. Delicate nose with aromas of apricot and lemon. On the palate, medium body and an excellent balance between fruit and freshness with delicate notes of white peach. Long and fresh finish.
Vinification
The cold-clarified juice ferments slowly at a low temperature of 14-16°C.
Ageing
On the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.
Food pairing
Excellent in combination with a variety of dishes - vegetables (raw and grilled), appetizers, seafood, fish or chicken.
