Tasting notes
Bright, pale straw yellow color with greenish hues. Delicate on the nose with aromas of apricot, peach, pineapple, pear, mango and toasted oak. Excellent balance between fruity and woody flavors with a pleasant freshness. The wine is distinguished by great length, persistence and a pleasant aftertaste.
Vinification
The cold-clarified juice ferments slowly at a low temperature of 14-16°C.
Ageing
On the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months, followed by 7 months in French oak barriques.
Food pairing
Excellent in combination with a variety of dishes - grilled vegetables, mushrooms, risotto, casserole and grilled chicken.
