Tasting notes
Straw, pale yellow colour with greenish hues. Delicate nose with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and green apple. On the palate, an excellent balance between fruit and freshness with delicate notes of acacia honey and white flowers. Long, fruity and fresh finish.
Vinification
The cold-clarified juice ferments slowly at a low temperature of 14-16°C.
Ageing
On the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
Food pairing
Excellent in combination with a variety of dishes - vegetables (raw and grilled), appetizers, seafood, fish or chicken.
