Tasting notes
A fresh and harmonious rose with a pleasant salmon colour. Fresh aromas of moss and white cherries and spicy notes of wild herbs. The cooling taste ends with raspberry freshness and a long citrus finish.
Vinification
The cold-clarified juice ferments slowly at a low temperature of 14-16°C.
Ageing
On the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with a variety of dishes - appetizers, pasta and grill.
