Tasting notes
Dark, ruby red colour. On the nose: dark and red fruit aromas. The body has good concentration and a soft, juicy tannin structure. Long and fruity finish.
Vinification
Fermentation of whole, uncrushed berries for about 4 weeks. Strict temperature control.
Ageing
In French oak barrels for 8 months.
Food pairing
Excellent in combination with a variety of dishes - cured meats and medium-ripe cheeses, casseroles and barbecue.
