Tasting notes
Deep ruby red colour. Dominant notes of red and black fruits, beautifully highlighted by aromas of chocolate and spices. Rounded on the palate, with soft, velvety tannins and a pleasant freshness.
Vinification
Fermentation of whole, uncrushed berries for about 4 weeks. Strict temperature control.
Ageing
In French oak barrels for 11 months.
Food pairing
Excellent in combination with a variety of dishes - cured meats and medium-ripe cheeses, casseroles and barbecue.
