Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with green highlights. Complex on the nose with aromas of white flowers, quince and honey nuances. Juicy, fruity, fresh body with an elegant finish.
Vinification
The cold-clarified juice ferments slowly at a low temperature of 14-16°C.
Ageing
On the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.
Food pairing
Excellent in combination with a variety of dishes - vegetables (raw and grilled), appetizers, seafood, fish or chicken.
