Tasting notes
Deep, dark red colour. Spices and mature red fruits on the nose. Round tannins with powerful complexity on the palate. A rich and harmonious wine with notes of mature plums, hazelnuts, red fruit and a long finish.
Vinification
Traditional winemaking with temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation. 3 weeks of maceration in tanks.
Ageing
2 years in oak foudres.
