Tasting notes
Beautiful ruby red colour. Notes of red fruits and floral touches. Ripe and pure fruit. A roundness in the mouth with a nice thickness and a full, caressing finish.
Vinification
Grapes sorted and vatted by gravity. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in barrels (50%) and concrete tanks (50%). Wine lees stirred regularly until bottling.
Ageing
12 months in French oak barrels (50% new).
Food pairing
Pairs well with grilled beef, ripe cheeses, red meats.
