A fresh, youthful and textured Chardonnay with flavors of pear, white peach, floral, citrus, baking spices, and honey.
Vinification
Barrel-fermented and stirred weekly by hand. 50% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Ageing
7 to 9 months in new to fifth-fill oak barrels over the fine lees, then gently pumped out

Perfect with grilled chicken or salmon, grilled vegetables or pasta with cream sauce.
