Tasting notes
A rich, creamy texture, lush fruit impressions, and an impeccable balance. Enticing aromas of yellow apple, tropical fruits, and butterscotch on the nose are followed with supple flavors of vanilla and apricot, creating a silky, integrated sweetness. Subtle buttery notes lead to a lingering, long finish with a nice and consistent round structure.
Vinification
After fermentation the wine has enough acidity to undergo malolactic fermentation, which gives it a beautifully rich, slightly buttery character.
Ageing
8 months in French oak barrels.
Food pairing
Perfect with grilled chicken with lemon, grilled salmon, tomato salsa or roast chicken breast stuffed with spinach and feta cheese.
