Tasting notes
Pale lemon colour with golden hues. On the nose: zesty and mineral. On the palate: medium, juicy body with a lot of freshness and persistent minerality. An intriguing herbal note in the long finish.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C for about 15 days.
Ageing
4 months in stainless steel tanks on the lees for, followed by several months in bottle.
Food pairing
Pair with salads, appetizers, creamy pasta dishes, grilled chicken, pan-fried fish.
