Tasting notes
Pale yellow colour and fine bubbles. On the nose: fruity aromas of apple and tropical fruits, accompanied by spicy notes and a touch of white flowers. On the palate, the taste is intense, refreshing and vibrant.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a meticulous dealcoholization process.

In stainless steel tanks.

Ideal for toasting on any occasion. Excellent complement to appetizers, seafood, fish, fruit or flower salads, fresh vegetables and desserts.
