Tasting notes
Pale pink colour with fine bubbles. On the nose: Intense aromas of strawberries and raspberries, complemented by a touch of citrus and pomegranate. In the mouth - refreshing and balanced, fruit forward and with persistent pearls.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a meticulous dealcoholization process.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Ideal for toasting on any occasion. Excellent complement to appetizers, seafood, fresh vegetables, fruit salads and desserts.
