Tasting notes
A deep yellow colour with green hues. Intense on the nose with notes of ripe peaches, citrus fruits and orange blossom. Round and fresh in the mouth with a hint of minerality. Long, complex and crisp finish.
Vinification
Whole clusters are pressed, and then 100% fermented in 500 L French oak barrels with natural wild yeasts at low temperatures. 30% of the wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
14 months in French oak barrels - first, second and third use.
Food pairing
Rich seafood risotto, roasted chicken dishes and riper cheeses.
