Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour with soft green hues. On the nose: peach with hints of gooseberry and tropical fruit. Gentle, round and mouth - filling wine, with crisp acidity. A long finish, worthy of Reserva.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Ideal as an aperitif but also with seafood, ceviche and vegetables.
