Tasting notes
Ruby red colour. Intense, perfume with notes of wild “macchia Mediterranea” smells and fresh red fruit. Fresh, savoury, balanced. with a fine and balanced tannins.
Vinification
Fermentation and maceration at a controlled temperature, lasting an average of 12-15 days. Transfer to concrete tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
2 months in bottle.
Food pairing
Lasagna or pasta with meat sauce, stewed meats, poultry main courses and roasted meats, medium-aged cheeses.
