Tasting notes
Color: dark garnet. Aromas of leather, cinnamon and smoky cherry wood. On the palate: blueberry and sour cherry. Excellent balance, with a ripe tannic structure. Long and warming finish.
Vinification
After careful pressing, the juice is fermented and moved to mature in French oak barrels with minimal intervention.
Ageing
In French oak barrels for 16 months.
