Tasting notes
Deep, ruby red color. Aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and toasted crust. Dense and soft on the palate, with elegant hints of blackcurrant and cassis, leading to an intense and memorable finish.
Vinification
Primary fermentation in open and closed stainless steel vats, followed by seven days of cold soak.
Ageing
18 months in French oak (60% new).
