Tasting notes
Delightful notes of black cherry, peppercorn, and blackberry on the nose. Concentrated flavors of black and blue fruits, spices – clove, anise and vanilla, and tobacco fill out the opulent body and long finish. Engaging and fruity, this wine is full-bodied and intense, with supple tannins and sophisticated character with a long finish.
Vinification
After fermentation and maceration, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is ready for the ageing process.
Ageing
10 months in French oak barrels.
