Tasting notes
Pale rose colour. Expressive, fruity nose with aromas of wild peaches and redcurrants. A fresh and bright wine with a nicely balanced body which reveals a silky, velvety texture. On the palate, the wine bursts with notes of peach and citrus fruits and finishes with a fusion of plum and cardamon aromas.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-picked, followed by strict sorting on tables and an extremely delicate pressing process of whole bunches with a super short maceration to produce the beautiful light colour. Slow fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated vats.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Pair with all Mediterranean cuisine. Serve at 10-12°C.
