Tasting notes
Deep ruby red colour. Fruit driven character with notes of cherries and gooseberry, black pepper and other spices on the nose. On the palate: velvety tannins, excellent structure and balance with a long aromatic finish.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeast at 20 to 27 C. Gentle filtering and bottling follows.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks before bottling.
Food pairing
Excellent when paired with red meat dishes with slightly sweet sauces and grilled red meat in general.
