Tasting notes
Pale lemon colour. An impressive nose with notes of white peach and floral elements, herbs as well as a hint of smoky slate minerality. Remarkable intensity on the palate with excellent mouthfeel, zesty freshness and notes of white peach and flowers in the persistent finish.
Vinification
The grapes are selected and picked by hand in the vineyard. Fermentation is carried out with wild yeast in 3000-liter neutral oak casks that give texture and greater complexity to the wine and soften its acidity.

In 3000-liter neutral oak casks.
Food pairing
A classic pairing for Asian cuisine - Indian, Thai and Japanese. It goes well with spicy dishes, roasted meat and more mature cheeses.
