Tasting notes
On the nose, the wine is slightly spicy and entices with intense aromas of summer fruits, particularly strawberry, cherry and blueberry. It has a refreshing acidity combined with fruity character that gives an opulently textured mouthfeel and a lively finish.
Vinification
The grapes are judiciously harvested at optimum ripeness and the juice fermented in inox tanks at 18°C. The resulting wine has a clear pomegranate colour.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
It is a fabulous partner to a variety of dishes such as shellfish and shrimp, seafood pastas, sautéed vegetables and cold cuts.
