Tasting notes
A pretty, bright lemon colour with greenish hues. The nose is precise, expressive and reminiscent of lemon, tangerine, orange and exotic citrus zest backed by strong stony minerality, characteristic for the variety. This unoaked dry white wine is weighty on the palate and its heft and zingy acidity make this wine a refreshing mouthful that lingers on pleasurably.
Vinification
Once the grapes are crushed, the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks and allowed to rest on the fine lees.
Ageing
Several months on the fine lees.
Food pairing
Sip on its own or with a variety of fish and seafood dishes and white meats accompanied by light sauces.
