Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow colour. Aroma of white stone fruits and white flowers, complemented by mineral notes characteristic of grapes from vineyards at high altitudes and cool climates. The wine has a long and very fresh finish.
Vinification
Stainless steel fermentation at 13-15°C for 22 days.
Ageing
In stainless steel tanks.

Pair with baked vegetables and meats and various cooked starters and dishes.
