Tasting notes
Beautiful straw colour. Restrained on the nose with hints of pine resin and delicate fresh herbs. Body with pleasant freshness and again restrained flavours on the palate that repeat the nose. Refreshing finish.
Vinification
The cold clarified juice ferments at a temperature of 14 – 16°C.
Ageing
Ages on the fine lees for about 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with a variety of dishes - appetizers, vegetables (raw or grilled), fish and seafood.
