Tasting notes
Beautiful ruby red colour. Aromas of red and black fruits - as black currant and fresh raspberries. The young and dry tannins are balanced by the wine's concentrated texture, freshness and minerality. A well-structured finish.
Vinification
Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel and wooden conical vats.
Ageing
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
Food pairing
Pairs well with red meats and a variety of cheeses.
