Chiflik Livadi is a polyculture farm where a variety of animals are raised sustainably on pasture. Its credo is "Living soil, pure food." The vineyards are farmed with the same philosophy, using the most modern methods for producing organic wines that preserve the authenticity and character of the grapes and the terroir — including the growing of cover crops and even the planting of trees among the vines. In the organic vineyards, cover crops of peas and poppies grow between the rows, keeping the humus layer alive and rich.
