Legaris was founded in 1999 in the Ribera del Duero appellation as a wine project built on the philosophy of producing wines that reflect the different landscapes and microclimates of the region's villages. In designing the winery, architect Domingo Triay sought a balance between the building's minimalist, contemporary character and its natural surroundings. A fine wine like Legaris is made without watching the clock. Its rhythm is set by nature, the grapes, the days and the sun — because wine, like everything in life, is best made with more time and less haste. At Legaris, wines are made calmly. The estate occupies a privileged site with a distinctive microclimate characteristic of Ribera del Duero. From the very beginning, the brand has been built on solid foundations: the origin of its wines.
