On March 13, 2025, Bibendum turned 25. We could have thrown a cocktail party with speeches. Instead, we did something we had long promised with a single word: epic.
The heart of our portfolio is the family estates. So at Sofia Event Center we set out 50 tables with 350 wines from 70 wineries across 5 continents — and at the most special of them stood not sales representatives, but the families themselves: the people whose names are on the labels.

In the wine world, “family” means sustainability, long-term thinking and responsibility — and that's exactly what we wanted our guests to taste in the glass: not 25, but hundreds of years of experience, tradition and vision.
The full Bibendum portfolio was laid out for tasting, arranged like a professional wine list. Every ticket doubled as a voucher of the same value, and at the owners' tables you could have your bottle signed. The living statues in the hall embodied the culture of each country — and set a mood guests still talk about.
The day in frames
These are only the first 25 years — the best belongs to the future. Thank you for being there!
